Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage sales operations within the organization
- Recruit and retain a motivated and successful sales team, selecting high-character professionals who embody the company's values of intelligence, curiosity, drive, and coachability
- Develop strategies to achieve sales targets, build and nurture client relationships, and assess costs for Track-POD product pricing
- Execute and refine the sales strategy to align with overall company objectives
- Drive the implementation of sales strategies, ensuring that processes and metrics are in place to exceed growth targets
- Establish a scalable, repeatable, and measurable sales process with appropriate leading indicators
- Collaborate with management to set realistic yet ambitious sales targets
- Meet sales targets and other KPIs within quarterly, monthly, and weekly schedules, in coordination with the CEO
- Effectively develop sales processes, overseeing the process from qualified leads to closure
- Provide weekly and monthly sales forecasts, ensuring accuracy and tracking pipeline progress within the team
- Diligently update, manage, and accurately forecast new revenue in the CRM
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the full solutions suite, collaborating regularly with stakeholders in different verticals (Engineering, Marketing) to stay informed about the latest commercial offerings for upselling to clients
- Stay updated on industry best practices and developments within our target markets
- Build strong relationships with C-Suite individuals at mid-market and Enterprise level organizations
Required Skills and Experience:
- 3 or more years of experience in SaaS sales, encompassing the entire sales process
- 3 or more years of experience in leading and developing a high-performing sales team with a focus on prioritizing people
- Consistently excellent sales track record in SaaS solutions
- Capability to establish a robust new business sales team in a dynamic work environment
- Self-motivated individual with a strong drive for driving growth
- Strategic thinking ability with a willingness to actively participate and collaborate with other team members
- Demonstrated success in selling deals with an Annual Contract Value (ACV) ranging from $3,000 to $100,000
- Experience in managing sales operations in the US and UK markets
- Commitment to maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
